I had been waiting to visit the race track after so long. Here is my opportunity: The closest racetrack near me (6 hour road trip) had an annual racing academy program and luckily this seasons's was right round the corner. I had to enlist.
After confirming that I had signed up, I realsed this was it. Now it was no longer a pipedream but an actual event in my life. I was ready to burn rubber( after burning a whole in my pocket) .
